There’s some shady ingredients hiding in your food: toxic additives, dyes, and preservatives, along with sneaky marketing, and so-called “healthy” choices that do more harm than good. What You Don’t Know Can Hurt You
The truth is: The food industry, like any other industry, is driven by profit—not your health.
Take a look at the Standard American Diet (a.k.a. the SAD diet). It’s heavy in processed foods, added sugars, unhealthy fats, chemicals, and dyes that have been banned in Europe for many years.
